Need-To-Know Functions

Pages

Each of these is considered a “page”

You may “Add” new sub-pages to “Classroom” and “Resources” only, but you cannot remove pages.

Please do not add additional main menu items.

*In order to edit each page, you must be logged in and working within that specific page.

To add a new sub-page, use the steps below:

Edit Page

Once you’ve navigated to the page you wish to work on, click on “Edit Page” on the top left tool bar to make changes to that page.

*Remember to always click “Update” on the top right or your work will not be saved.

Posts

“Posts” and “Blogs” are synonymous on your website. When you want to create or edit a blog/post, you must navigate to that section in your dashboard.

Menus

“Menus” refers to how you arrange your pages. Remember, you must always keep Home, About, Blog, Classroom and Resources. However, you can add any page you create as a drop down, sub-page under either Classroom or Resources.

Once you are in “Menus,” you can hover over a page and drag it to the location where you want it displayed.

*Don’t forget to UPDATE before you leave!

Events

“Events” is found on your dashboard and creates live links to your classroom calendar. Once you create an event, every calendar in your classroom page and sub-pages is updated.

Here’s how you navigate to events:
